EUROBUS puts is faith in quality

EUROBUS takes part in the "Quality Label for Swiss Tourism" programme and has been awarded with Quality Level III. This means we do everything in our power to keep up the quality of our services as high as possible for you as a guest.
The highest distinction, level III, is only awarded to those companies which have worked out a comprehensive quality management system (qms) with international recognition, and which have implemented it successfully. All the processes were standardized, weaknesses eliminated and the complaint management improved. EUROBUS is the first big coach and travel company which has been awarded with level III. At the same time, every EUROBUS company was certified, too, according to ISO 9001.
 

 
What is behind the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism?
  The programme "Quality Label for Swiss Tourism" is supported by the tourist parent organizations with the aim of enhancing awareness of quality in the tourist companies, thus constantly developing service quality in the tourist and holiday country of Switzerland.

Travel-Guarantee

Your money is absolutely safe at EUROBUS!

EUROBUS is one of few coach companies which is a member of the legal Guarantee Fund of Swiss Travel Industry. Your money paid for your travel is absolutely safe there. Thus EUROBUS meets all of the requirements of the Swiss General Travel Law.

Travel companies with the Travel-Guarantee Logo guarantee you as a guest:

  • professional working methods
  • sound financial basis and valid liability insurance
  • guaranteeing of your paid travel money
  • return journey in the event of insolvency of a travel company
 

You see, you can pay the invoice amount of your travel confidently. The money paid is absolutely safe. Should an organizer become insolvent during your holidays, the Guarantee Fund ensures your return journey home. EUROBUS has been a member since the foundation of the Guarantee Fund of Swiss Travel Industry.

The Guarantee Fund was founded by the Swiss Federation of Travel Agencies SFTA in the form of an independent foundation.

All the big travel companies of Switzerland like Kuoni, Hotelplan and Imholz are also member of it. The foundation's management council comprises seven representatives of travel companies of various sizes, branches and regions as well as additional advisers.

About 1400 organizers or agents of package tours of Switzerland and Lichtenstein participate in the Guarantee Fund. They meet the standard laid down by the foundation regarding professional competence and solvency.
